About the role
Salesforce uses Workday Financials systems to support its finance processes and enterprise applications. You will administer and support those systems, resolve issues, analyze root causes, and improve configurations and workflows.
What you'll do
- Administer Finance systems and Workday Financials applications
- Resolve technical and functional production support issues
- Analyze trends and identify enhancements that reduce support requests
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
- Collaborate with developers and business teams to deliver functionality
- Identify process automation opportunities, including AI-enabled workflows
