About the role
Salesforce provides enterprise CRM and business software, and this role supports Workday HCM and Financials platforms used by its IT Finance and Employee Success teams. You will configure and secure Workday, translate business needs into technical work, lead testing, and maintain compliance and release processes.
What you'll do
- Translate use cases into technical requirements, user stories, and validation rules
- Configure Workday platforms and document design decisions
- Lead UAT, triage defects, and coordinate retesting
- Design Workday security models and assess their impact
- Maintain SOX controls and support audit walkthroughs
- Manage platform releases and production issue triage
