About the role
Rodeo FX provides visual effects, animation, advertising, and experiential services for entertainment and storytelling clients. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized creative, production, and technical roles in the Bengaluru studio.
What you'll do
- Own recruitment mandates from intake through offer signature
- Develop sourcing strategies and build talent communities
- Screen candidates and document evidence, strengths, and gaps
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, references, and offer approvals
- Maintain candidate records and workflows in SmartRecruiters
- Improve recruitment practices and support local attraction initiatives
