• Contribute to proposals and Statements of Work
• Guide project plans, schedules, resources, and status updates
• Assess and design availability and data protection solutions
• Support implementation, effort estimation, and post-installation issues
• Analyze client environments and recommend Veeam configurations
• Deliver onsite knowledge transfer and document completed work
