About the role

Sarvam builds sovereign AI infrastructure, foundational models and applications for India. You will develop partner engineers’ capabilities, certify their work and maintain technical quality across partner-delivered deployments.

What you'll do

Own technical relationships with partner firms and assess certified capacity
Build and run the partner engineer certification programme
Create enablement playbooks, training and access for partner teams
Lead initial co-delivered engagements and assess partner readiness for independent delivery
Review partner engagement progress, risks and quality
Set partner quality scorecards and corrective plans
