About the role
Mercari operates a consumer-to-consumer marketplace and related services, including payments and logistics. The Technical Product Manager will shape CS and Trust & Safety tools, align Japan and India teams, and deliver measurable product improvements.
What you'll do
- Define product vision, roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics for CS and Trust & Safety
- Identify product opportunities using customer feedback, operational insights, and data
- Write product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and launch plans
- Manage product work from discovery through rollout, adoption, and iteration
- Improve support, moderation, case management, and enforcement workflows
- Use AI in research, analysis, documentation, prototyping, and product workflows
