About the role
Cohesity provides AI-powered data security and protection for enterprise data across on-premises, cloud, and edge environments. The Technical Program Manager will own product release programs, establish execution measures, and use AI-augmented workflows to surface risks and guide decisions.
What you'll do
- Own program outcomes from kickoff through customer-facing release
- Build milestone plans and operating models for product introduction programs
- Define program health KPIs and operational dashboards
- Operate AI-augmented tracking and reporting workflows
- Communicate portfolio risks and decisions to engineering, product, and leadership
- Improve release processes, requirements quality, and execution accountability
