Technology Operations Analyst

Clarivate's Global Operations Center provides 24/7 monitoring, incident response and operational support to maintain IT service stability. You will provide L1/L2 production support, monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents and assist with operational changes and improvements.

• Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise applications and infrastructure
• Monitor system health, respond to alerts and escalate issues
• Troubleshoot incidents and support service restoration
• Support incident, change and problem management activities
• Execute approved production changes, patching and maintenance tasks
• Update runbooks, SOPs and knowledge documentation
