Test Development Engineering Technical Leader

Cisco develops networking and infrastructure products, including high-end routers and AI infrastructure platforms. You will develop manufacturing test strategies, automate board and system tests, and guide product failure analysis through production readiness.

• Lead test strategy from design-for-testability assessments through mass production readiness
• Develop automated board and system functional tests for manufacturing sites
• Create Python test automation and analyze data to improve yield and capacity
• Guide failure analysis and fault isolation at component and system levels
• Coordinate prototype-build support and production ramp with global teams
