About the role
Trane Technologies develops climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation. This role will design and govern compensation programs, advise business and HR leaders, and oversee related benefits and regional projects.
What you'll do
- Advise leaders on compensation decisions, market competitiveness, and salary structures
- Lead sales incentive reviews and support annual compensation planning
- Manage off-cycle compensation reviews and budget governance
- Coordinate benefits programs and support their transition to Workday
- Ensure rewards practices meet regulatory, policy, and governance requirements
- Lead or support regional and global Total Rewards projects
