About the role
Revspot builds AI-native revenue infrastructure and voice agents for high-ticket B2C businesses. You will build and deploy conversational voice agents, integrate them with backend systems, and improve their production performance.
What you'll do
- Build and deploy voice agents for lead qualification and customer engagement
- Create real-time conversational pipelines across speech recognition, LLMs and speech synthesis
- Integrate agents with telephony systems, APIs, CRMs and internal tools
- Develop backend services, APIs and agentic workflows
- Design evaluations and monitoring for voice-agent performance
- Debug production conversations and improve prompts, models and agent behaviour
