About the role
Propstar works on demand generation for real-estate projects and micro-markets. You will acquire qualified leads, optimize their journey through the sales funnel, and measure campaigns against bookings and revenue.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns across relevant channels
- Own funnel performance from spend through bookings
- Track acquisition costs, lead quality, site visits, and revenue
- Work with sales teams to improve lead qualification and conversion
- Improve campaign audiences, messaging, creatives, and landing journeys
- Build dashboards and run rapid growth experiments
