About the role
Skillz operates a gaming platform spanning its SDK and Arena, with a transactional player economy. The VP of Analytics will lead the analytics organization, govern measurement and experimentation, and provide independent insight for business decisions.
What you'll do
- Lead roughly ten people across four analytics sub-functions
- Govern metric definitions, semantic layers and reconciliation
- Establish lifecycle markers and holdout-based incrementality standards
- Score the player economy against established guardrails
- Build the Competitive and Market Intelligence function
- Hire, develop and retain the analytics team
