About the role
Skillz operates a competitive mobile gaming platform hosting tournaments for players and game developers. This role will lead lifecycle messaging, reactivation campaigns and measurement across email, push and in-app channels.
What you'll do
- Own lifecycle strategy, calendars, execution and measurement across messaging channels
- Design reactivation cohorts, offers, controls and exclusion rules
- Build CleverTap journeys and onboard additional game titles
- Measure incremental revenue, engagement, deliverability and opt-out rates
- Manage the Email Marketing Manager and develop the lifecycle team
- Report weekly campaign performance, retirements and blockers
