About the role
Huron is a global consultancy helping clients with strategic, operational, digital, and cultural transformation. You will lead Workday Talent, Performance, and Learning workstreams, guide client solutions, and manage and mentor delivery teams.
What you'll do
- Lead Workday Talent, Performance, and Learning delivery workstreams
- Advise clients on process design and Workday configuration
- Review configuration, security, reporting, integrations, and testing
- Manage workstream scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Coach consultants and senior consultants
- Oversee testing, deployment readiness, and post-production support
