About the role
Wabtec provides equipment, systems, digital solutions and services for rail, mining, marine and industrial markets. You will lead embedded hardware design, validation and technical coordination for brake and transit applications.
What you'll do
- Design embedded electronic hardware for transit and brake control applications
- Own hardware work packages from concept through validation and industrialization
- Lead board bring-up, debugging, integration and qualification activities
- Investigate hardware issues and conduct root-cause analysis
- Mentor hardware engineers and guide technical reviews
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and supplier teams
