About the role
Marvell develops semiconductor solutions for enterprise, cloud, AI, and carrier data infrastructure. You will drive advanced IC package development from concept through tapeout, optimizing package architecture, connectivity, and electrical performance.
What you'll do
- Drive microelectronic package development from concept through tapeout
- Develop C4 and BGA ball maps for signal integrity and layout efficiency
- Plan and validate netlist mappings across dies, interposers, and substrates
- Define die placement, padstacks, net assignments, and package connectivity
- Create and maintain package requirement documents
- Collaborate with chip, board, and electrical simulation teams on co-design
