About the role
Marvell develops semiconductor solutions for data infrastructure, including advanced packaging for enterprise, cloud, AI and carrier systems. You will develop high-speed IC packages from concept through tapeout, balancing performance, manufacturability, reliability and cost.
What you'll do
- Develop microelectronic package designs from concept through tapeout
- Select package technologies with architects and technical leads
- Translate power delivery requirements into optimized package solutions
- Coordinate design execution with substrate suppliers, OSATs and fabrication partners
- Support package integration and production readiness
