IT Engineer, Workplace Technology and AV

Marvell develops semiconductor solutions for enterprise, cloud, AI and carrier data infrastructure. This person will support workplace IT endpoints and audiovisual systems, including onboarding, asset management, meeting-room operations and incident response.

• Provide L2/L3 deskside and remote support for Windows and macOS devices
• Manage IT onboarding, device provisioning, MDM enrollment and access validation
• Maintain hardware inventory, refresh and decommissioning
• Operate and administer Zoom Rooms and hybrid meeting infrastructure
• Troubleshoot AV incidents and perform preventive health checks
• Support audiovisual needs for town halls, executive meetings and customer visits
