Cisco’s Commerce Operations Engineering Center builds AI-powered automation for commerce operations. This engineer will deliver and operate production AI agents, integrations, retrieval workflows, and monitoring systems.

• Design and build AI agents that automate commerce operations tasks
• Orchestrate agents and integrate them with enterprise APIs and data sources
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
• Implement guardrails, approval gates, evaluation, and observability
• Deploy, monitor, and improve AI solutions in production
• Measure operational impact through efficiency, accuracy, and incident metrics
