AI Operations Engineer

Cisco's Enterprise Data & AI Enablement team applies AI, data insights and technology to improve company operations. This engineer will build and deploy NLP and LLM solutions, MLOps pipelines and enterprise AI workflows.

• Develop and fine-tune NLP models for customer matching and deduplication
• Build and optimize MLOps pipelines for AI and ML workflows
• Integrate LLMs into enterprise systems
• Process datasets and ensure quality for model training
• Deploy models to production and monitor their performance
• Evaluate AI tools and frameworks and contribute to proof-of-concept projects
