About the role
RTX operates aerospace and defense businesses focused on connecting and protecting the world. You will support international-assignment payroll, allowance calculations, reconciliations, reporting, and employee inquiries.
What you'll do
- Set up allowance packages in the Equus platform
- Calculate prorated allowances and process retroactive and one-time payments
- Prepare and deliver payroll instructions for local payroll deadlines
- Review pre-payroll changes and reconcile post-payroll results
- Troubleshoot employee and team questions
- Update assignee records and support audit requests
