About the role
JLL provides real estate and investment management services, including project services for industrial facilities. The Civil Assistant Project Manager coordinates civil design and construction work, schedules, budgets, site quality, and project stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Coordinate civil design from concept through construction completion
- Track schedules, milestones, budgets, and civil work packages
- Inspect sites for installation quality, design compliance, and safety
- Review grading, drainage, earthworks, and civil utility designs
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support quality control, risk mitigation, and project closeout documentation
