About the role
JLL provides real estate and investment management services, including project management for building developments. The Assistant Project Manager will coordinate MEP design and construction, manage budgets and schedules, and oversee quality and code compliance.
What you'll do
- Lead MEP design coordination through construction completion
- Develop schedules, critical path analyses, and milestone tracking
- Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, contractor claims, and variations
- Inspect site installations for quality, design compliance, and safety
- Coordinate MEP designs with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and performance verification
