Cisco's Common Hardware Group develops silicon and hardware platforms for switching, routing and wireless products. You will plan and develop DFT verification testbenches and help integrate and validate test logic across implementation and post-silicon flows.

• Develop test plans and testbenches for DFT verification
• Verify DFT architecture for screening, in-system testing, debug and diagnostics
• Collaborate with RTL, design verification and physical design teams
• Integrate and validate test logic across implementation and post-silicon flows
• Develop reusable test and debug methodologies for new silicon designs
