Cisco Silicon One develops networking silicon, optics and hardware platforms for switching, routing and wireless products. You will develop and integrate DFT features, support implementation and validation flows, and debug test and post-silicon issues.

• Implement DFT features for ATE, in-system testing, debug and diagnostics
• Develop DFT IP with multifunctional teams
• Integrate and validate test logic across implementation and post-silicon flows
• Coordinate testability features with RTL teams
• Develop reusable test and debug strategies for new silicon devices
