About the role
Cisco develops networking, security and infrastructure technology. You will bring up ASIC tests, characterize silicon, and support high-volume manufacturing test, reliability, yield improvement and failure analysis.
What you'll do
- Bring up and release ASIC test programs to production
- Characterize units and support reliability testing
- Manage high-volume manufacturing tests with OSAT partners
- Improve yield, reduce test time and address quality issues
- Drive failure analysis, containment and root-cause corrective actions
