ASIC Engineering Technical Leader

Cisco develops networking and infrastructure technology, including complex ASICs and SoCs. You will architect and deploy ATE test programs from pre-silicon DFT engagement through silicon bring-up and high-volume manufacturing.

• Architect and debug ATE test programs for wafer sort and final test
• Lead first-silicon bring-up, characterization, and validation
• Collaborate with DFT and ASIC teams on testability and test coverage
• Optimize test time and yield without reducing test coverage
• Deploy test programs to OSAT partners and resolve manufacturing issues
• Mentor engineers and improve test methodologies and automation
