Cisco Silicon One develops advanced silicon solutions for next-generation networking. This engineer will lead ASIC package design, optimize package performance and manufacturability, and coordinate design work across engineering teams.

• Lead package design planning and schedules from concept through implementation
• Optimize package pinouts, stack-ups, power distribution, and high-speed routing
• Collaborate with floor planning, signal integrity, and power integrity teams
• Coordinate with layout editors to deliver package designs
• Improve design methodologies and work with vendors on product quality
• Develop package solutions for next-generation ASICs
