• Plan annual training calendars and monthly technical training schedules
• Deliver training programs for field teams across southern states
• Manage the southern region training facility
• Conduct training needs analyses with regional managers and supervisors
• Develop training content with field engineering and internal teams
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records
