About the role
JLL provides real estate and investment management services, including construction-related services for clients. The planner will develop and manage construction schedules, resource plans, budgets, and project documentation.
What you'll do
- Develop construction schedules, sequencing plans, and project milestones
- Coordinate design teams, subcontractors, and resource allocation
- Monitor schedule progress and implement recovery plans
- Develop quality, safety, cost, and cash-flow plans
- Prepare progress reports and coordinate construction planning meetings
- Maintain project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
