About the role
Merkle provides digital marketing and customer experience services. This person will architect Braze implementations, integrations and campaigns for clients, and support discovery, delivery and pre-sales.
What you'll do
- Design and manage end-to-end Braze implementations and configurations
- Gather client use cases and document technical requirements
- Build integrations using tags, SDKs, APIs and connectors
- Advise client developers and engineers on technical solutions
- Train clients and lead meetings with clients and partners
- Support pre-sales by translating client needs into proposals or statements of work
