About the role
o9 Solutions provides an AI-powered enterprise planning platform for supply chains and business decision-making. You will implement and configure planning solutions, resolve customer platform issues, and support testing and user training.
What you'll do
- Resolve customer issues and validate data loads and end-to-end workflows
- Identify setup design issues and coordinate solutions with consultants
- Configure the platform for post-go-live change requests and enhancements
- Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases
- Track bugs and support platform upgrades, patches, and hot fixes
- Support super-user and end-user training
