Assurant provides vehicle protection services and extended service contracts alongside other specialty protection products. The adjuster will review coverage, adjudicate and document claims, and resolve customer and repair-facility issues.

• Review service agreements and determine claim coverage
• Adjudicate and document claims within policy and regulatory requirements
• Resolve customer and client issues through calls and other channels
• Coordinate with repair facilities, inspectors, and parts vendors
• Record claim decisions and seek approval when needed
