About the role
AECOM provides infrastructure consulting and engineering services across transportation, water, energy and buildings. This person will lead human factors work and certification compliance across rail and infrastructure project lifecycles.
What you'll do
- Lead human factors planning and integration across the system lifecycle
- Develop human factors plans, issue logs and assessment reports
- Conduct task analyses, HMI assessments and usability studies
- Develop certification plans and human factors compliance strategies
- Oversee human factors test campaigns and certification documentation
- Coordinate with certification bodies and regulatory stakeholders
