About the role
Instawork Robotics Labs deploys workers to capture task data that robotics labs use to train AI models. The Associate Director will build, lead, and scale distributed operations, teams, processes, and performance systems.
What you'll do
- Build operating models, processes, teams, and systems from the ground up
- Own distributed operations across multiple locations, teams, and workflows
- Hire and develop operators and leaders
- Identify bottlenecks and improve operational processes
