About the role
Instawork Robotics Lab collects and prepares real-world task data to support robotics and AI development. The Fleet Operations Associate tracks equipment, coordinates recovery and transport, manages SD-card rotation, and reports fleet status.
What you'll do
- Track rig locations, condition, and readiness across cities and hubs
- Coordinate faulty rig returns and repairs with QC and Hardware teams
- Issue, collect, track, and rotate SD cards
- Arrange Field Officer travel and accommodation with the travel desk
- Reconcile rigs and cards, follow up on missing assets, and report fleet status
