About the role
Instawork Robotics Labs captures real-world task data for robotics and AI training. The Video Platform Engineer will build and operate the pipelines that ingest, synchronize, process, validate, index, and deliver video datasets.
What you'll do
- Build resilient capture-to-cloud video ingest pipelines
- Transcode and normalize media from varied capture rigs
- Synchronize video with telemetry and sensor streams
- Automate quality checks and dataset indexing
- Package and deliver datasets with integrity checks and access controls
- Monitor pipeline performance, reliability, and infrastructure costs
