About the role
Instawork Robotics captures task video and data in real-world environments for robotics labs training AI models. The Engineering Manager will lead engineers building and scaling the video and data platform.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of engineers
- Drive architecture and technical execution from design through production
- Coordinate initiatives across operations, QA, ML, and platform teams
- Partner with ML teams on data quality, throughput, and training formats
- Establish practices for reliability, observability, and operational excellence
