About the role
Instawork operates an AI-powered labor marketplace and supports technology companies working in robotics and AI. You will inspect hardware rigs, test their function and recordings, and approve them for field use.
What you'll do
- Inspect returned rigs, accessories, and physical condition
- Run functional checks and review test recordings
- Verify storage, clear cards, and confirm components are present
- Approve field-ready rigs and record checks in Google Sheets
- Quarantine faulty rigs and escalate hardware issues
