About the role
Instawork Robotics Lab collects and prepares real-world task data for robotics and AI companies. The Finance Associate handles bookkeeping, payouts, reconciliations, and expense reporting for its India operations.
What you'll do
- Record daily transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
- Calculate and process Data Collector and Field Officer payouts
- Process partner-business payments and incentives
- Reconcile bank statements, payment records, and trackers
- Prepare payout summaries, expense reports, and dashboards
- Maintain audit-ready records and support GST and TDS handling
