Associate Director, Product Owner - Time & Absence

GSK develops medicines and vaccines across several therapeutic areas. The Product Owner will guide Workday Time and Absence configuration, prioritise the product backlog, and lead delivery and operational improvement.

• Configure and advise on Workday Time and Absence
• Gather business needs and define product outcomes
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog
• Guide engineers, architects, and testers through delivery
• Track product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure changes meet security, compliance, and operational readiness requirements
