Associate Director, Product Owner - Workday Integrations

GSK develops medicines and vaccines, with its HR Digital & Tech team supporting global HR platforms and processes. You will own the Workday Integrations backlog and guide delivery, governance, operational readiness, and product improvement.

• Translate business needs into product outcomes and prioritised requirements
• Own and manage the Workday Integrations product backlog
• Guide delivery teams through design, testing, release, and adoption
• Track product performance and use insights to drive improvements
• Ensure product changes meet security, compliance, and operational readiness requirements
• Coach Associate Product Owners and improve agile delivery practices
