• Lead complex retail client engagements end to end
• Build CXO relationships and identify opportunities to expand client value
• Guide consultant-led accounts and handle escalations
• Mentor consultants and business analysts across projects
• Architect AI-assisted workflows and promote governed tool adoption
• Support presales, hiring, and solutioning with product and technology teams
