About the role
Increff provides retail technology for merchandising and omnichannel inventory management. The Technical Delivery Engineer troubleshoots production incidents, investigates APIs and data, and supports client integrations and implementations.
What you'll do
- Resolve production incidents across retail systems and integrations
- Investigate client issues and identify technical root causes
- Debug APIs, webhooks, and requests using Postman and cURL
- Use SQL to validate data and investigate discrepancies
- Analyze application logs and coordinate incident resolution
- Support client onboarding, integrations, releases, and incident documentation
