About the role
BD develops medical technology, including specimen management products for collecting, preserving, and analyzing biological samples. This engineer will guide medical device R&D, design and test components, analyze product performance, and support product improvements.
What you'll do
- Guide design and development of biomedical solutions for medical device products
- Develop models and test methods to evaluate product features and performance
- Conduct design verification, validation, tolerance analysis, and root-cause investigations
- Analyze experimental data and present recommendations to technical and business leaders
- Support material, design, and process changes through design controls
