Sr. Design Engineer

BD develops medical technology products for healthcare. The Senior Design Engineer will develop and validate test methods, lead design verification, and improve product designs and testing processes.

• Develop and validate test methods and measurement systems
• Create and execute design verification protocols and summarize results
• Analyze verification data and identify design variance
• Maintain test equipment and validation records
• Coordinate continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades
• Coach junior engineers and technicians on project deliverables
