• Own the planning decision intelligence roadmap and backlog
• Lead initiatives from proof of concept through scaled deployment
• Translate planning needs into data products, models and decision workflows
• Define guardrails and workflows for agentic planning use cases
• Track adoption and planning KPI outcomes
