About the role
BD develops medical technology products, including high-volume medical devices. This engineer will lead product development and cost-innovation work, ensuring designs meet technical, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements.
What you'll do
- Lead design and development of new products, improvements, and component changes
- Develop cost-saving concepts using VAVE and structured engineering methods
- Translate customer, operational, regulatory, and business needs into product requirements
- Develop verification strategies, test methods, and data analyses
- Author and review design-control and change-control documentation
- Manage R&D project plans, deliverables, and execution
