About the role
Merkle delivers customer data and marketing technology solutions using Salesforce platforms. This architect will design Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, lead developers, and integrate customer data systems for activation and personalization.
What you'll do
- Design and lead Salesforce Data Cloud implementations
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and development plans
- Define data models, schemas, and ingestion pipelines
- Integrate Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud Personalization and other platforms
- Manage developers and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Troubleshoot data and integration issues across platforms
